NEW BUILD HOMES

Our speciality is the creation of new homes, ensuring Clients' vision and day to day requirements align with their proposed plans and specification.

Often design tweaks are required along the way, we have been through the process many times and work closely with Clients in a collaborative and inclusive way. 

Barn conversions

We have completed a number of conversions of traditional, stone built barns.     

In most instances Clients seeks to retain, where possible, original stone walls and features to sit within their fully modernised and essentially newly built home. 

HOME RENOVATION

From time to time our Clients want to re-model and extend their existing property.

The challenges of working within a partially occupied property, and sympathetically dealing with the constraints family life puts on a building project are not to be under-estimated, but our approach to this type of project is no different - professional and well planned based on a realistic programme.
