Drummond Building was formed by
William Drummond BEng(Hons) CEng MIStructE

As a Chartered Structural Engineer with almost 20 years experience in the Construction Industry, initially as a Structural Engineer and more recently in residential property development and construction, William has a clear vision. To combine knowledge of the overall building process with professional customer service standards.

ABOUT US

William runs Drummond Building with wife and business partner Claire who qualified and practised as a Chartered Architect, and who now deals with all aspect of business administration. 

WHERE ARE WE

We are based in the north of Glasgow and work throughout the central belt of Scotland.

PROTECTION AND Warranties

Drummond Building Ltd carry full Employers Liability, Public Liability and Contract Works Insurance.

Our projects are typically subject to a 12 month defects liability period.
